Teenager arrested over jewellery store robbery, SA

A teenage girl has been arrested following a robbery at a jewellers in Rundle Mall this morning, according to SA Police.

About 11.30am on Thursday 12 January, a woman allegedly entered the jewellery store, threatened staff with a knife and stole a ring.

Staff were not physically injured during the robbery.

As a result of investigations, police this afternoon arrested and charged a 17-year-old girl from Salisbury with aggravated robbery. She was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Youth Court on 22 February.
