Two teenagers have been charged with a number of offences including aggravated indecent assault following an incident in Forbes last month, NSW Police say.
On Thursday 30 July 2016, officers attached to Lachlan Local Area Command received reports a 20-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted at Ski Dam on Bedgerebong Road.
Detectives commenced investigations and, following inquiries, arrested two teenage boys today.
The teens, 16 and 17, were taken to Forbes Police Station and charged with aggravated indecent assault in company and detain person in company with intent to obtain advantage.
The pair was granted conditional bail and appeared before a children’s court, where they were granted bail and will reappear at a children’s court on 8 September 2016.
