Early renewal of Agreement with Optus with Five Year Extension to April 2026
Hubify Limited (ASX:HFY) is pleased to announce that its
subsidiary company and mobility division, Broadland Solutions Pty Ltd has entered into a new partnership Agreement with Optus.
The new Agreement represents an early renewal and expansion of the existing partner
Agreement (due to expire in 2023), with the term extended to April 2026.
Agreement Detail
- Five Year term effective 1 April 2021.
- Estimated revenue of agreement of approximately $40M based on current run rate. Market segments SMB and Enterprise.
Hubify's subsidiary, Broadland Solutions has been a mobility partner to Tier 1 Telco carriers for over
20 years. Broadland Solutions has been providing its services to Optus since 2015.
Strategic Rationale
- Extends and confirms existing mobility sales revenue.
- Contributes to the Company's organic growth strategy.
- Creates new revenue growth opportunities in partnership with Optus.
- Confirms and leverages the Company's mobility expertise.
