A minor issue occurred with The Territory Check-In App this morning that resulted in the QR Code at some venues not being recognised by the app between 8.30am and 9am. The issue was quickly resolved within 30 minutes and The Territory Check-In App is working again.
All venues should also offer a pen and paper system and it is important that patrons continue to check-in using this method if The Territory Check-In App ever becomes unavailable.
