Investigators have been told four cars parked in the vicinity of Springvale Road and the Burwood Highway had windows smashed and credit cards stolen.

The offender is described as aged 20 - 30, perceived to be Caucasian with short dark hair and of a slim to medium build. He was wearing blue and white board shorts, white and black runners and a black hoodie.

Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
