THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLES AND DECEPTIONS IN ESSENDON

Police are investigating following several thefts from motor vehicles in Essendon last month (21 September), Victoria Police say.

It was reported that about 1.00am two men and a woman entered an underground car park on Pascoe Vale Road.

The offenders then broke into a number of parked cars and stole several bank cards.

It is believed these bank cards, were then allegedly used multiple times at a number of locations across Pascoe Vale, Fawkner, and Campbellfield.

The offenders are believed to have been travelling in a black Holden utility vehicle, with stolen license plates and a distinctive bull bar on the front.

The male driver is perceived as being Caucasian, in his 20’s, with short dark hair. He is wearing a hooded jumper with the letters "OPS" on the back.

The front male passenger perceived to be Caucasian, in his 20’s. He is wearing a grey jumper with a dark hooded jumper underneath. He is also wearing tracksuit pants with "Unit" printed on the right leg.

The back passenger is female, perceived to be Caucasian, wearing black Ugg boots, grey tracksuit pants, a black puffy vest and a dark beanie.

Investigators have released images of the men and woman they believe can assist in their enquiries.
