Therapy Dog And Stolen Vehicle Recovered, Stones Corner

A 29-year-old Camp Hill woman has been charged after allegedly stealing a vehicle with a therapy dog inside yesterday, July 23.

Around 4.20pm, a 44-year-old Greenslopes man exited his Mazda 3 on Logan Road.

Upon returning, it will be alleged the vehicle had been stolen.

Police approached the vehicle and allegedly located a 29-year-old woman inside, who was attempting to drive away.

She was arrested and charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of suspected stolen property.

The Camp Hill woman is due before Brisbane Magistrates Court on July 24.
