We're pleased to announce that the Campbelltown Community Recycling Centre will now open Monday to Saturday 7am to 4pm, giving residents more flexibility to safely dispose of household problem waste.
The increased hours is a direct response to overwhelming popular demand of the service, with 15,611 visitors utilising the service over the summer period alone.
"The Campbelltown Community Recycling Centre is a valued service for our residents, and we're committed to make it easier for the community to recycle correctly and keep problem waste out of landfill," said Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Darcy Lound.
"Extending the hours of the CRC reflects the growing demand of our area and will allow us to accommodate more residents accessing the service," said Cr Lound.
