Bendigo police are appealing for information after a speed boat and trailer were stolen in Huntly earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
The white and blue boat had been placed on a trailer near the intersection of Huntly-Fosterville Road and Epsom-Barnadown Road about 10.30am on 20 April.
A ‘For Sale’ sign was fixed to the back of the boat.
It was last seen there by the victim about 10.30pm on 22 April.
The boat was discovered missing the next morning about 5.30am, with the ‘For Sale’ sign located a short distance away on Huntly-Fosterville Road.
Investigators have released images of the boat in the hope someone recognises the vessel.
It has distinctive markings, with the registration, AH526, marked on the side of the boat.
