Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thomas Stephens.
The 40-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to bail offences, failing to give information, dishonestly assist in the retention of stolen goods, dishonestly receive stolen goods and drug possession.
Stephens is Caucasian, approximately 178cms tall, solid build with short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Bendigo and Echuca areas.
Investigators have released an image of Stephens in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
