Thousands of dollars worth of handbags stolen, South Australia

Police are investigating after a designer retail store in Hyde Park was broken into early this morning.

Just before 4am on Wednesday 9 November, police responded to an alarm activation at a designer apparel shop on King William Road at Hyde Park.

The offenders forced entry into the store and stole a number of boxed containing designer handbags.

Witnesses saw the two suspects leave the area in a brown coloured hatchback with yellow number plates. The car was last seen heading south on Westall Street.

The suspects were described as wearing all black clothing and black face coverings.
