Three young people have been arrested after a pursuit with a stolen car in the Inner West.
About 1pm (Friday 25 January 2019) police attempted to stop the stolen Lexus sedan on Illawarra Road, Marrickville.
The pursuit was terminated by police on two occasions, before the vehicle crashed into a phone box on Railway Terrace, Lewisham.
The occupants ran from the vehicle.
Police established a perimeter and a short time later three juveniles were arrested.
The two boys and girl were taken to Newtown Police Station where they are expected to be charged.
