A woman and two male teenagers have been arrested after a woman was assaulted at Plympton Park yesterday, according to SA Police.
Just midday on Monday 21 May, a woman was sitting in her car in a car-park on Marion Road, when a woman known to her opened the car door and allegedly assaulted the victim.
The victim was then forced towards a van containing two men, but she managed to break free and the suspects left the area after stealing the victim's phone.
Shortly after the incident Sturt Police attended a West Lakes Shore home, locating the van, the victim's phone and the three suspects.
A 41-year-old woman, an 18-year-old man and 17-year-boy all from West Lakes Shore were all arrested and charged with attempt unlawful detention, aggravated assault and theft.
The woman and man were refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today. The arrested youth was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Youth Court at a later date.
The victim was not injured in the incident, which is not considered random, with all parties known to each other.
Sturt Detectives are seeking the assistance of the public and urge anyone in the area yesterday that may have seen the incident or a green Kia Carnival van to contact Crime stoppers on 1800 333 000.
