Baw Baw Shire Council is partnering with Mindfull Aus to deliver a business masterclass on building resilient and mentally strong workplaces.
Tickets for the business lunch event are now available for purchase, with limited spaces available for the one-time only event.
Along with a delicious two-course lunch, the event will featuring expert speakers who understand the unique pressures faced by business owners.
Attendees will enjoy a keynote speech by Melissa Yu from Mindfull Aus about building resilient teams and prioritising mental health for a thriving workplace. Mindfull Aus CEO Matt Runnalls will also share insights into a healthy workplace and what tools and supports are available to local businesses.
Attendees will also gain:
- Tools to foster a supportive working environment that allows for meaningful conversations.
- Strategies to reduce stress and manage overwhelm.
- Practical advice to protect mental wellbeing while running a thriving business.

Mayor of Baw Baw Shire Cr Danny Goss said all local businesses and employers were encouraged to book a seat or a table and join the conversation.
"We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Mindfull Aus to offer valuable business workshops that will help empower our local business community to create resilient, happy, healthy and thriving workplaces", said Cr Goss.

Mindfull Aus CEO Matt Runnalls said businesses should not miss this chance to connect, recharge and invest in their wellbeing.

This workshop is open to all businesses, regardless of size or financial turnover.
This event forms part of the Be Business Ready series of workshops hosted by Baw Baw Shire Council with support from the Victorian Government Council Flood Support Fund.
