Tickets are now open for the 2026 East Grampians Business Awards Gala Dinner, with everyone welcome to join Ararat Rural City Council in celebrating the people and businesses behind our region's success.
The gala dinner will be held at Ararat Town Hall on Wednesday 28 October. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, local wines and after-party entertainment as this year's award winners are announced.
This year's awards attracted a record number of submissions from local businesses, with a high standard of entries making for strong competition. Residents also cast a record number of votes in the People's Choice Award. Together, the response reflects the calibre of businesses operating across the region and the community's enthusiasm for supporting them.
Ararat Rural City Council Chief Executive Officer Phuong Au said the response gave the community plenty to celebrate.
"The standard of entries this year has been excellent. It is encouraging to see so many local businesses put themselves forward, and so many residents take the time to vote for a business they value," Ms Au said.
"The gala dinner is an opportunity to recognise that work and bring our business community together. Everyone is welcome, whether or not they entered the awards, and I look forward to celebrating with them."
Doors open at 6.15pm, with drinks and canapés in the foyer from 6.30pm. The dress code is cocktail.
