Tobacco stolen from Hectorville servo, South Australia

Police are investigating a robbery at a Hectorville service station a short time ago.

About 9.20pm on Wednesday 4 March, a man entered the service station on St Bernards Road, Hectorville and threatened staff. He made off with a quantity of tobacco. No weapon was presented and there were no injuries.

The man is described as of Caucasian appearance, average height, about 180 cm tall, with slight stubble and was wearing a military-style cap, dark long-sleeved t-shirt with white stripes, black pants, black sneakers and yellow mountain bike gloves.

He was last seen on foot heading south on St Bernards Road.

Police searched the area with the assistance of Police Dog Bandit, but did not locate the suspect.
