Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Todd Smith.
The 51-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft, traffic and drug offences and contravening a court order.
Butler is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall with a medium build and short balding blonde hair.
He is known to frequent the Bacchus Marsh and Wyndham Vale areas.
Investigators have released an image of Smith in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
