Top Travel Influencers to promote Territory Summer

Over the next seven days 23 of Australia's top travel influencers will converge in the Northern Territory as part of Tourism NT's Now in Season campaign that is currently in market nationally and runs up to December 2019.

The travel influencers will undertake various itineraries visiting Darwin, Litchfield, Mary River, Kakadu, Tiwi Islands, Alice Springs and Uluru, sharing their experiences of the Territory's beautiful natural assets across the globe using the hashtag #NTaustralia.

Highlights of the Top End itinerary include a sunset cruise on Darwin Harbour Cruises, a visit to Matt Wright's Tiwi Island Retreat, breakfast at Eva's Botanic Gardens Café with all of the travel influencers set to experience A Night of Indulgence, Char Restaurant's fine dining experience and exclusive Tropical Light Tour.

The Red Centre itinerary will highlight the natural beauty that can be found with influencers undertaking an adventure through the Tjorta West MacDonnell National Park as well as experiencing Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park with Uluru Camel Tours and A Night at Field of Light which comprises of a dining experience under the outback sky with views of the Field of Light art installation.

This is just a taste of the experiences the influencers will undertake on their Territory summer tour with more than 50 local NT operators, restaurants and suppliers set to be showcased.

Timed with the launch of Bruce Munro: Tropical Light that opens in Darwin tomorrow, the campaign promotes travel to the NT during the Top End's tropical summer and the Red Centre's summer season through print and digital advertising, PR and social media.

Alongside the much anticipated Bruce Munro: Tropical Light, the campaign also features world class events including Field of Light Uluru and Parrtjima – A Festival in Light in Alice Springs as well as a range of experiences available throughout the NT during the summer season.
