Townsville City Council has reopened the Kokoda and Long Tan Pools at 2pm today.
Council conducted follow-up tests after treating the water and the results have come back clear and meet all water quality standards.
Council staff will continue to conduct routine testing at all pools once a week with a full lab report completed fortnightly.
