Police are appealing for information concerning a vehicle and e-scooter traffic crash at West Gladstone on 23 March.
Around 8.05am, a red Mazda CX-8 and a black Cyclone Dragon e-scooter collided at the intersection of Roe Street and Bedsore Street.
The e-scooter rider, a 15-year-old Gladstone boy, was transported to the Gladstone Hospital in a serious condition.
Investigators are appealing to anyone with relevant information, specifically any motorists or residents with dashcam or CCTV footage from Roe Street and Bedsore Street between 7:45am and 08:15am, to contact Policelink.
