A police traffic operation is currently underway at Cronulla in relation to a critical incident that occurred in September 2018, NSW Police say.
The Kingsway is closed to traffic, westbound near Wilbar Road, as the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit complete further forensic examination of the scene.
The road will reopen shortly.
