Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a traffic incident in Sunnybank Hills this morning, Queensland Police say.
Around 9.10am, a 32-year-old man appears to have fallen from a car travelling northbound on Gowan Road.
He was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious head injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
