Police from Ballarat arrested three teenagers following a series of alleged aggravated burglaries, an attempted theft of motor vehicle and a theft of motor vehicle overnight.
The three teenagers, aged 15 and 14 from Ballarat and 17 from Sebastopol, were arrested near the Begonia motel following reports of an aggravated burglary in Lake Gardens about 5.30am.
It is alleged the trio entered the Lake Gardens Avenue property and attempted to steal a vehicle before feeling empty handed.
Police were able to track the trio following an incident in nearby Alfredton after they stole a vehicle.
The trio remain in police custody and the investigation remains ongoing.
