A man and two boys will face court next month after a teenage boy was assaulted at Bonnell’s Bay yesterda, NSW Police sayy
About 5.30pm yesterday, three males approached a 15-year-old boy who was in a skate park on Fishery Point Road.
It will be alleged the trio assaulted the 15-year-old. He sustained cuts and bruises to his face and body.
The teenager and his mother reported the matter to police at Lake Macquarie Local Area Command.
Investigations culminated this morning after a 19-year-old man and two boys, aged 16 and 17, were arrested at a Tuggerah shopping centre.
All three were charged with robbery in company.
The 19-year-old man was granted conditional bail to appear in Wyong Local Court on 8 March 2017.
The teenagers were granted conditional bail and will appear at a children’s court on 7 March 2017
