The Hills Police have charged two 14-year-olds over the alleged robbery of two other teens at a metro station in Sydney's northwest last week.
On Friday 5 December 2025, officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command received a report of a robbery at Castle Hill Metro Station the previous day.
Police were told that about 8.30pm on Thursday 4 December 2025, two teenage girls – aged 15 and 16 – were waiting at the metro station playing music from a speaker when they were approached by other teenage girls.
The other two girls – both aged 14 – allegedly threatened the older girls before assaulting them and running from the scene with the speaker.
Following inquiries, about 11.15am today (Tuesday 9 December 2025), police attended a home in Norwest, where they arrested the two 14-year-olds before taking them to Riverstone Police Station.
Both girls were charged with two counts of robbery in company.
Police will allege in court the pair were also involved in a second robbery this week outside the Bella Vista Metro Station.
They were both refused bail to appear before children's court tomorrow (Wednesday 10 December 2025).
