A man and woman have been arrested following a stand-off with police at Greenacre yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 2.45pm (Friday 21 September 2018), police attended a home on Sylvanus Street at Greenacre, after reports of what was believed to be shots fired.
Officers from Auburn Police Area Command, with the assistance of the Public Order & Riot Squad and further specialist police, established a perimeter at the location.
About 8.30pm, a 37-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were arrested without incident.
They were taken to Auburn Police Station where detectives will speak with them.
Inquiries are continuing.
