Two arrested and vehicles seized following Strathmore warrant

Police have charged two people and seized a number of vehicles following a warrant in Strathmore yesterday, Victoria Police say.

Detectives from Moonee Valley Crime Investigation Unit executed the warrants about 8.30am at a house on Lloyd Street.

A 42-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman, both from Strathmore, were arrested.

They have been charged with theft of motor vehicle, handle stolen goods and possess drug of dependence.

The pair were bailed to appear at Broadmeadows Magistrate’s Court on 21 March.

Detectives also seized a range of allegedly stolen property from house including a caravan, two cars, a motorcycle and a trailer full of tools.
