Police have charged two men and seized drugs following an investigation in Sydney's southwest.
About 9.45am yesterday (Thursday 26 February 2026), detectives attached to Campbelltown Police Area Command, with the assistance of State Crime Command's Raptor Squad, executed a targeted vehicle stop at a service station on John Renshaw Drive, Beresford, as part of an ongoing investigation.
During a subsequent search of the vehicle, officers allegedly located and seized two kilograms of cocaine and one kilogram of MDMA.
Two men, aged 33 and 24, were arrested and taken to Maitland Police Station.
As part of the investigation, police executed search warrants at units in Fairfield East, Denham Court, and Cabramatta West, allegedly locating and seizing further drugs, including two kilograms of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
Following further inquiries, the 33-year-old man was charged with supply prohibited drug more than small and less than or equal to indictable quantity, supply prohibited drug more than indictable and less than commercial quantity, and two counts of supply prohibited drug more than or equal to large commercial quantity.
The 24-year-old was charged with supply prohibited drug more than small and less than or equal to indictable quantity, supply prohibited drug more than indictable and less than commercial quantity, and three counts of supply prohibited drug more than or equal to large commercial quantity.
Both were refused bail to appear in Local Bail Division - Court 2 today (Friday 27 February 2026).
