Two injured in Rundle Mall assault, SA

The eastern end of Rundle Mall is currently cordoned off after a man has been stabbed in early this morning, according to SA Police.

Just before 3am, Saturday 1 July, patrols were called to the mall after reports of a stabbing. One man sustained a stab wound to his neck and abdomen he is in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition, the other man is being treated received a laceration to his face.

The suspect is described as a caucasian man in his mid-late 20's between 177-185cm tall.

The Mall is expected to be open before shop trading
