Two men have been arrested after police uncovered a hydroponic cannabis setup at a home in Croydon Park yesterday, NSW Police say.
Just after 6pm today, emergency services were called to a home on Burwood Road, Croydon Park, following reports of a disturbance.
Officers from Burwood and Flemington Local Area Commands attended and established a perimeter.
Police confronted two men seen leaving the home. The men were arrested with the assistance of the Police Dog Unit, after one of the men ran off.
Whilst clearing the premises, officers allegedly located cannabis plants and a hydroponic set up. A crime scene has been established.
The two men, aged 20 and 22, were taken to Burwood Police Station where they are assisting police with their inquires.
Charges are anticipated.
