Two men charged with break-ins, SA

Two Brahma Lodge men have been arrested and with a number of break-ins after being chased  and arrested by police in St Peters yesterday, according to SA Police.

About 10.50am police attended an address after an alarm activation and a person was sent to jump over a fence.

He was chased and arrested, with police alleging that property stolen from the premises were recovered in his backpack.

A short time later a second offender was seen and was located a short time later hiding in a yard.

Police will allege the men are responsible for a number of offences in both metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Burra, Millicent and Tarlee.

The men are due to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.

A 29-year-old man has been charged with three counts of aggravated serious criminal trespass, two counts of theft and one of possessing a prohibited weapon.

A 28-year-old man has been charged with three counts of aggravated serious criminal trespass, three counts of theft, one of unlawfully being on premises and one of possessing a prohibited weapon.
