An investigation is underway following a home invasion where two men suffered stab wounds in Doonside tonight, NSW Police say.
About 9.30pm (Monday 20 August 2018), officers from Blacktown Police Area Command where called to Wilkie Crescent, Doonside following reports of a home invasion.
On arrival police located two men suffering non-life-threatening stab wounds. They were both treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene; one was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Detectives arrived on scene and commenced inquiries.
Early investigations suggest this was a targeted attack by two men who entered the home armed with a knife.
No further information is known at this time.
A crime scene has been established while investigations into the incident continue.
