Held on 5 February and 12 February 2026, the sessions will be led by expert facilitators from Services Australia and Elder Rights Australia.
The sessions will cover:
- participant contributions
- financial hardship eligibility
- how ACSOs can provide information and support
- Elder Rights Australia's (ERA) role
- the National Aged Care Advocacy Program
- the Statement of Rights
- the complaints process in the aged care system

Both sessions are held at Phoenix Park Community Centre (Conference Room).
