Hawkesbury Library Services will host a financial seminar called 'Understanding aged care costs' on Tuesday, 29 October at 10:30am at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street, Windsor.
Whether it is for yourself or a loved one, it's important to have an aged care plan in place and an understanding of the complexities of the system and the financial consequences, sooner rather than later.
Presented by Centrelink Financial Information Services, the seminar is a must for anyone who needs more information in planning for aged care and will include the costs of aged care, including staying in your own home versus an aged care facility. The presentation will also cover fees and charges, entry level into different levels of aged care, and pension considerations. This will be a valuable seminar for the young and aged alike and a chance to have your questions answered.
