Police investigating a fatal fire in Ōtāhuhu on 4 March have determined there are no suspicious circumstances.
Emergency services were called to Tamaki Ave at around 9pm after reports a garage was on fire.
One person was located deceased inside the property.
Our thoughts are with the deceased's family and friends at this sad time.
The death will be referred to the coroner.
