A man who was run over by a ute on April 20 has sadly passed away this afternoon in hospital.
Officers were called to the intersection of Childers Road and Kingswood Way shortly before midnight after a man was run over by a ute.
A 23-year-old man was treated for injuries at the scene before being transported to Bundaberg Base Hospital and was pronounced deceased this afternoon.
The Forensic Crash Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
