Police can now name the man who died following a crash on Hereford Street on Sunday 21 August.
He was John Marsden (60) of Christchurch.
Mr Marsden was critically injured in the crash and subsequently passed away in hospital on Friday 26 August.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
