We know recent bin collection disruptions have been frustrating, and we wanted to let you know what's happening next.
A catch-up collection will take place this Saturday 18 April 2026 for households within the red boundary highlighted on the map below.
This includes all residents who live in the following suburbs: Attwood, Broadmeadows, Campbellfield, Coolaroo, Craigieburn, Dallas, Gladstone Park, Greenvale, Jacana, Kalkallo, Meadow Heights, Mickleham, Roxburgh Park, Somerton, Tullamarine, Westmeadows and Yuroke.
If you live in one of these areas, please put your garbage (red-lid) bin out on Friday evening (17 April) for collection on Saturday (18 April).
This catch-up collection will help with any missed bins and allow you to place out additional waste. To help us prioritise households most in need, please only put your bin out if it was missed or you have excess waste.
If your bin was missed this week and you have already reported it, you do not need to report it again.
