UPDATE: public exposure sites in Monash for COVID-19

The DHHS is urging anyone who attended three businesses in Monash (Glen Waverley and Oakleigh) on 28 December 2020 to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and if any appear to get tested immediately and stay at home until they receive their test results.

Three (3) new community cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Victoria today (30 December) in Mitcham, Hallam and Mentone. The confirmed cases are in three women - two in their 40s and one in her 70s.

Anyone who attended the following sites in Monash on the specified dates and times should monitor for COVID symptoms for 14 days and, should symptoms occur, get tested immediately. You must stay at home while waiting for your test results.

  • 28 December 2020 1.30pm-5pm - Century City Walk and Mocha Jo's, Glen Waverley
  • 28 December 2020 7pm-8.15pm - Katialo restaurant, Eaton Mall, Oakleigh

*These premises have had confirmed cases visit during their infectious period. This does not mean that there is an ongoing risk associated with the premises, and you can safely visit the site in line with current restrictions.*
