Police have arrested a man who was involved in three separate incidents of stealing over the weekend.
Police received reports of food and vehicle theft by a man from a service station on Larapinta Drive on Saturday around 6:30pm, Northern Territory Police say
It will be alleged the same man stole a second vehicle from a residence in East Side around 2pm on Sunday before stealing a third vehicle from a Flynn Drive Shopping Centre shortly after.
Police have recovered all three vehicles.
The man has been charged with:
- Stealing x 3
- Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle x 2
- Obtain Benefit by Deception x 3
- Driving a Motor vehicle Unlicensed x 2
- Driving a motor vehicle uninsured x 2
- Driving a motor vehicle unregistered x 2
- Unlawful Use of a motor vehicle causing injury x1
- Drive in a dangerous manner x 1
- Fail to report a crash x 1
- Not stop after a crash x 1
- Recklessly endangering a life x 1
He is scheduled to appear before the Alice Springs Local Court today.
