Update, stealing and fraud charges Toowoomba

Police have charged a woman after a man had his debit card stolen at the Toowoomba Hospital in March, Queensland Police say.

It will be alleged that a man had his debit card stolen while he was a patient at Toowoomba Hospital on March 10.

It will be further alleged that a number purchases of a significant value were made on the card after it was stolen.

A 35-year-old Toowoomba has been charged with eighteen counts of fraud and one count of stealing and is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on July 17.
