Updated Cross Border Travel Associated Direction 24 September, South Australia

The Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel Associated No 53) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Cross Border Travel Associated No 54) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. This Direction comes into effect at 12.01am on Saturday, 25 September 2021.

Key changes include:

Travellers who have been in any area of Queensland in the past 14 days are able to enter South Australia without any restrictions.

For those from the Logan City or City of Brisbane who arrived in SA prior to this direction change – they must continue with Level 3 requirements until their 14 days is complete.

Other existing requirements remain.
