Upgrades to J. E. Duggan Park now officially opened to public

Significant upgrades to J. E. Duggan Park have now been officially opened to the public thanks to a partnership between Toowoomba Regional Council and the Queensland State Government.

The park recently received improved amenities including new picnic shelters, BBQs, a new shelter and accessible deco paths connecting the amenities.

The project cost $260,000 and was funded by Council and the Queensland State Government's Building Our Regions fund.

Council's Environment and Community Services Portfolio Lead Cr Tim McMahon said the upgrades would make J. E. Duggan Park even better for all users.
