Urgent public appeal: Missing man at Beaconsfield

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to help locate a 74-year-old man who was reported missing from Beaconsfield yesterday afternoon.

John Cousins (pictured below) was last seen yesterday (December 4) at 12:50pm leaving a care facility on Norwood Parade.

Police and family hold concerns as John suffers from a number of medical conditions, which can cause confusion.

John is described as Caucasian, about 180cm tall, solid build with grey hair.

He was last seen wearing a green polo shirt, dark coloured cargo shorts and black sneakers (pictured below).
