Today, Administrator Samantha Power spoke with Kang Insun, Second Vice Foreign Minister for the Republic of Korea, to build upon long-standing and wide-ranging development cooperation, including efforts to bolster Ukraine's agriculture sector. The two discussed partnership opportunities related to investing in Ukraine, overcoming financing barriers for agricultural small- and medium-sized enterprises in Africa, digital innovations in e-governance and maternal health, and environmental conservation in the Pacific. They spoke about how those opportunities and other efforts might be integrated into the Third Summit for Democracy and the upcoming Korea-Africa Summit.
