Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Victor Houbron.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court in relation to theft and breaching community corrections orders.
Houbron is about 175cm tall, with a medium build, short brown hair, an olive complexion and a large tattoo of a tiger on his upper right arm.
It is unknown where he is currently residing, however he was last known to be in the Parkville area.
Investigators have released an image of Houbron in the hope someone may have information on his whereabouts.
