A man from the Victorian coastal suburb of Frankston has beecome an instant millionaire by securing a massive $1 million prize in the recent Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw.
In the Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4333, which took place on Wednesday, 25 October 2023, the seaside dweller was the sole division one winner from across the nation, claiming the entire $1 million jackpot.
The unsuspecting winner only discovered his newfound millionaire status when a lottery official reached out to him.
“Bonkers! That’s cool!”, the winner exclaimed.
“Oh wow. That’s great! I don’t know how to feel. I noticed I had a few missed calls this morning and I was told to check my Monday & Wednesday Lotto ticket."
The disbelief was evident as he continued, "I thought it was odd, but I decided to do it anyways and that’s when I saw the $1 million win! I can’t believe it. I’ve been playing for years and never expected to ever receive this news."
