Vision: Burglary With Violence At Mount Isa

Detectives have released vision of a man who may be able to assist police with an burglary investigation in Mount Isa.

At 4am on Saturday, April 13, the man crashed a stolen Toyota Hilux on Camooweal Street.

The driver and sole occupant fled the scene on foot and forced entry to a Simpson Street home a short time later.

The man threated the residence with a knife, demanding keys to his vehicle.

The resident was able to seek refuge in a locked room and the man left the house on foot.

Anyone who recognises the man or has further information is urged to contact police.
