Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are currently on scene at a vegetation fire burning near Tommy Webster Hall and Perry Road. This fire broke out shortly before 1pm and is posing no threat to property at this time. Firefighters are currently backburning to contain the blaze. Motorists in the area should drive with caution and to conditions, and if affected, residents should close windows and doors, and keep respiratory medication close by. If residents are concerned their property is under threat they are advised to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
