Council is undertaking resurfacing works on the roundabout at the intersection of Wallara Waters Boulevard and Newbridge Boulevard in Wallan.
Works are being completed at night to minimise impacts on daytime traffic and will begin on Tuesday 24 February. They are expected to take three nights to complete, weather permitting.
What to expect during construction
- Works will take place between 7pm and 6am.
- Access through the roundabout will be provided, but delays are expected.
- Detours will also be available via Alcantara Boulevard and Wallara Waters Boulevard
- Temporary reduced speed limits and traffic controllers will be in place.
- Drivers should allow extra travel time and follow traffic controllers and signage.
- Access to homes and surrounding streets will be maintained although short delays may occur.
- Nearby residents may experience increased noise during construction.
